Penis spots? - skin coloured spots penis
Hello ...
on the underside of my penis I have lots of blemishes and color, but hard to explain. So I asked myself, this is normal and could explain this?

This is probably normal. It is likely that one of two things - either pearl penile papules (link 1) or Fordyce spots (Link 2). Both are normal and harmless, and nothing to fear.

JS MAN 1 sounds like Fordyce producing (sebaceous) glands produce oil in the hair follicle, the hair. Hair follicles, which eventually clear on their own, and you'll see hair, even if your hair thin.
Probably the hair follicle is probably quite normal
